Euroins took part at the National meeting of brokers in Spain at Semana del Seguro event

Semana del Seguro brought together 3,000 professionals in Madrid

For the second consecutive year Euroins took part at the National meeting of brokers in Spain at  Semana del Seguro. The 29th edition of Semana del Seguro, organized by INESE, brought together around 3,000 professionals from the insurance sector at the IFEMA Norte Convention Center in Madrid who for three days debated the latest in technology, laws and products. This year's program included 38 conferences, workshops and prize giving.

Over the three days, February 15th-17th, the exhibition hall received 26 exhibitors, including insurance companies, brokers, technology companies, insurtech and industry service providers who organized information sessions for professionals in the sector.

The event was opened with the Senior Insurance Management Forum, under the theme "Insurance and sustainability: the role of the leader". The president of UNESPA, Pilar González de Frutos, and the general director of Insurance and Pension Funds, Sergio Álvarez, as well as the CEO's of some of the main insurance groups in the Spanish market participated.

The occasion also served to award the GEMA Awards for excellence in insurance brokerage management, which INESE and IMAF have promoted since 2004. The  winners in the different categories are choosen depending on their turnover and type.
