Mr. Ivan Kostov has more than 13 years of experience in the fields of finance, banking and providing advisory services to corporate clients supporting growth, incl. optimization, access to finance, debt structuring and M&A. Mr. Kostov joined Euroins Insurance Group in 2023 as the Group Finance Director. Before joining the team, he held different positions as Director of corporate credit approval department in one of the largest Bulgarian banks -DSK bank ; Risk and finance consultant in one of the largest Bulgarian audit and accounting company – AFA, and Head of Technical Business Analysis in large multinational fintech company supporting institutional investors and large investment funds focused on the alternative assets space through implementation of customizable ERP product - Dynamo Software.
Mr. Kostov holds a Μaster's degree in Finance and Banking from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" in the city of Sofia. His educational background is in the fields of finance, business administration, mathematics, and IT. Mr. Kostov is a certified CFA® charter holder, FRM® professional and registered appraiser of businesses, real estate, and intangible assets.
Mr. Kostov is fluent in English.
